Shipping & Delivery

IOKURO ships throughout Europe and worldwide via express courier.

Free shipping throughout Europe

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend, to all European destinations, including Italy, San Marino, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and European islands.

Shipping to the rest of the world

For all destinations outside Europe, shipping costs €25 per order, with no minimum spend.

Order processing

We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment, subject to product availability and peak periods.

This timeframe covers order processing. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier.

Orders are shipped via GLS, SDA, FedEx, UPS or Poste Italiane. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

Receiving your parcel

When placing your order, please check that your delivery address is complete and correct, and provide a telephone number where the courier can reach you.

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the packaging shows visible damage, ask the courier to record “accepted subject to inspection due to damaged packaging”, specifying the damage observed.

If your parcel or products arrive damaged, contact IOKURO customer support. Keep the packaging and take photographs of the damage to help us resolve the issue.
